It’s official. Breakfast at the Snooze Cafe is mandatory in Denver. And at 8am the line looks impressively long from my position at the back of it. Denver has come a long way since the early gold rush days when it was full of prospectors and cowboys looking for a fortune in the Rocky Mountains.
