Helen Warwick

Helen Warwick’s been travelling the world and calling it work for more than 10 years now. An award-winning travel writer, she was part of the launch team for National Geographic Traveller (UK) and as the magazine’s deputy editor for seven years, she picked up a penchant for adventure travel. She’s kayaked down the Zambezi, sailed around a Burmese archipelago, been caught up in a Saharan sandstorm, hang-glided over La Reunion, and shaken her tail feathers at the Trinidad Carnival. She’s contributed to National Geographic Traveller, Family Traveller, Daily Mail and the Guardian.
