This month ITV Wales will air a new series to showcase the remarkable stories and wonderful scenery along the Wales Coastal Path.
Presenter Sean Fletcher explores the 870-mile Wales Coastal Path along one of the world’s most unique coastlines.
The Wales Coast Path opened in May 2012, making Wales the first country in the world to provide an uninterrupted route along a national coast. The Wales Coast Path showcases Wales’ beaches, estuaries, cliffs, woodlands and hills. Along the path also discover city waterfronts, writers’ retreats, rare wildlife and historic castles.
The new series looks at the exceptional wildlife, introduces many local peoples’ stories and captures the biodiversity along this famous Welsh coastline. The Wales Coast Path remains committed to conversing the path’s coastal environments, whilst promoting the positive benefits of walking.
The six-part series will air in Wales from 30th April, before airing across the UK in July 2020. See the full episode breakdown below.
