Charlotte Premium Outlets opened with a four-day grand opening celebration from July 31st – August 3rd. when shoppers were treated to live music, entertainment, face-painting, balloon art, prize giveaways and sales galore. Performers on stilts wandered the crowds and a 10-ton sand sculpture depicting the outlet centre was created whilst shoppers strolled through the new village like Centre. TV personality and New York Times bestselling author Bethenny Frankel mixed with shoppers in the VIP Lounge, sharing her top fashion picks for summer before signing autographs and hosting a workshop titled “Accessorizing on the Go: Take your Look from Day to Night.”
Shoppers looking for added bargains can join the SIMON VIP Shopper Club online. In addition to receiving special offers, vouchers, deals around town and insider info from their favourite brands – members also gained access to the VIP Shopper Club Lounge where they can receive glamorous treats, such as five-minute facials and chair massages.
