Tom Jones to wrap up summer of nostalgia concerts in Israel

International star Sir Tom Jones will give a one-off performance at Tel Aviv’s Nokia Arena on 26th October 2013 to conclude a summer of nostalgia concerts which have included performances from Barbara Streisand, Burt Bacharach, Sir Cliff Richard and the Pet Shop Boys.

Sir Tom Jones, known for hits such as ‘Delilah’, ‘It’s Not Unusual’ and ‘What’s New Pussycat’, will perform in Israel with a seven-strong band and has sold over 100 million records worldwide.

Also heading to the stage in Israel is US artist Rihanna who will play at Hayarkon Park on 22nd October, 17-Grammy award-winning rap star Jay Z who is rumoured to perform in Israel later this year as part of his Magna Carta European Tour and Puerto Rican guitarist and singer Jose Feliciano who will play at the Nokia Arena on 10th October.

This summer has also included a sell-out concert from American R&B singer songwriter Alicia Keys which also featured a surprise performance from Israeli world music star Idan Raichel.
